Abstract
Shape recovery methods from an image sequence have been studied by many researchers. Theoretically, these methods are perfect, but they are sensitive to noise, so that, in many practical situations, we could not obtain satisfactory results. In addition, we could not obtain the scale of the recovered object because of the image-projection property. For solving these problems, we propose a method for shape and scale recovery which uses an acceleration-gyro sensor attached on a CCD camera for compensating images
