Abstract :
This paper is about analyzing some digital modulation formats such as phase- shift keying (PSK) and quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) by observing the constellation diagrams of each on the oscilloscope. We run this experiment on the EMONA TIMS-301 modeling system to characterize that and find out the performance of the modeling system. After analyzing some digital decoding formats such as PSK and QAM on the EMONA TIMS-301 modeling system and observing the output signals with and without using the integrate and dump we come to this conclusion that by using the integrate and dump we can reduce the error in our measurements.
