  • Abstract
    The attenuation of infrared radiation in the atmosphere is one of the important constraint factors of infrared wireless communication and therefore the study on the attenuation rule of infrared radiation in the atmosphere has great significance on the infrared wireless communication. This paper analyzes the main reasons of the energy attenuation of infrared radiation in the atmosphere transmission, presents the engineering algorithm and basis of atmosphere transmission rate, thereby it provides the theoretical guidance for the design of infrared wireless communication system.
