Abstract :
This paper presents a CMOS fully-differential current amplifier useful in a large variety of closed-loop applications, some of which are briefly discussed. The amplifier employs a class AB current output stage with high-drive capability which allows off-chip loads to be efficiently driven. It was designed in a 1.2 μm process and provides a DC gain and a gain-bandwidth product of 90 dB and 11 MHz, respectively. A circuit for the common-mode input control is also included
