Message from chairs

Welcome to the Fourth International Conference on Communications and Electronics (ICCE 2012 - www.icce2012.org), which takes place at Saigon Morin Hotel in Hue Royal City, Vietnam from 1^st to 3^rd August, 2012. This biennial event is organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) and University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and co-organized by School of Electronics and Telecommunications (SET) at HUST and Danang University of Technology (DUT). The conference is technically sponsored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Korea Information and Communications Society (KICS), IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S), IEEE Photonics Society, IEEE Communications Society Vietnam Chapter, IEEE Communications Society Japan Council Chapter, the Radio-Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and EU FP7 Econet and Trend. It is also cooperatively sponsored by the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), IEICE Electronics Society (ES) and Communications Society (CS).
