Abstract :
Recently there are many different approaches to the modeling and simulation of mobile radio fading channels. In this paper, tow kinds of improved Jakes´ simulators for Rayleigh fading channels are introduced and the second-order statistics of these improved Jakes´ simulator are analyzed. On comparison of some importance statistical properties of the classical Jakes´ simulator, it is proved that the second-order statistics of these improved simulators match the desired ones exactly even if the number of sinusoids is small. Moreover, the new improved simulator can be directly used to generate multiple uncorrelated fading waveforms.
