Abstract
We present techniques to accurately characterise the phase response of voltage dividers at frequencies up to 1 MHz. Using dual channel digitiser we can measure the phase with an uncertainty of less than 50 μrad at 100 kHz. To minimise loading errors, voltage dividers with buffer amplifiers are used.
