Abstract :
This paper addresses the issues by introducing a low-profile diversity antenna which resonates at 2 GHz with the patch size of 43mmx40mm, it has a great reduction compared with the size (70mmx50mm) of antenna. With the adoption of the technologies of slotting and additive parasitic patch, the antenna element gets good return loss in its working frequency band (1976-2065MHz). Moreover, the mutual coupling between two diversity antennas is described in detail for the horizontal spaced diversity antenna system.
