Abstract :
Scientific performance evaluation and decision-making system is very important for the development of the enterprise. The fair evaluation and scientific decisions are the life of the enterprise. Importing Bayesian network into the performance evaluation and decision-making system, which makes the old subjective and abstract stratagem causality graph converts into Bayesian network with probability, so that the decision maker can get the exact inference and estimate results. In this paper, the stratagem causality graph is transformed into the Bayesian network by using qualitative analysis and probability evaluation and then we can take inference by Superposition Transfer and Maximum Transfer.
