Abstract
New modification of printed-circuit antenna is considered. The antenna allows decreasing size comaring to well known printed-circuit director antennas. The antenna was optimized by computer simulation. Paper also considers main features of directivity characteristics of director antenna as well as antenna impedance matching. Optimization was performed for central frequency 1.85 GHz. After optimization the antenna appeared to have smaller size comparing to known antennas. Thus it can be used in wireless telecommunication systems.
