Abstract :
The transmission line of a LC ladder type with the ohmic losses which each section consists of an inductance L and a nonlinear capacitance C of the p-n-junction of diode with capacitance coupling between sections is considered. Except these lumped elements a leakage conductance of the p-n-junction and a volumetric resistance of the base of diode are considered.
