Abstract :
A low power, asynchronous BiCMOS current comparator for use in Viterbi and other maximum likelihood sequence detection (MLSD) applications is discussed. The circuit operates in excess of 150 MHz, has a wide dynamic range and requires only 2.8 V supply rails. Post-layout simulation results are presented
