Proposals for linking the results of key comparisons CCEM-K4 and COOMET.EM-K4

Method to link the results of 10 pF capacitance standards key comparisons (KC) CCEM-K4 and COOMET-K4 are proposed. The link is will be making with using method, which used for EUROMET-K4 and APMP.EM-K4.1, through the results of two linking laboratories who participated in both comparisons (PTB and VNIIM). The outcome is estimates of the degrees of equivalence with respect to the CCEM KC reference value (KCRV) for those laboratories who participated in the COOMET KC only. Comparison of two methods for linking of KC results of standards is made.
