Abstract
The opportunity of lifetime formation pores in cells membranes with the help of pulse lasers-photoporation-opens a new biomedical direction of application of lasers. In clause the brief review of ways photoporation of cells membranes with the purpose delivering foreign DNA to cells (trans-fection), executed in conducting laboratories of the world, is given. The own results photoporations of cancer tumorous cells of femtosecond laser radiation with preservation at the irradiated cells of ability to cause growth of a tumor in experimental animals are given.
