Abstract
This article presents a new power convertor topology which combines the advantages of conventional PWM technology with those of soft switching, so that the transistor and diode are switched at zero voltage and subjected to minimal stresses. Results of simulation of the proposed topology are presented, showing its superiority over quasi-resonant power convertors
