Abstract :
This paper investigates a simple and low cost method using optical predistortion feedback (OPDFB) linearization to suppress four wave mixing (FWM) and reduce the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) noise due to the semiconductor optical amplifier used in radio-over-fiber (RoF) systems.
