Abstract :
It´s key of inheritance and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (T.C.M.) to do knowledge acquisition from the academic works and plenty of clinical cases of learned Chinese doctors. The knowledge structure of veteran practitioner of T.C.M. is complicated and changeable. In the view of knowledge constructing, the methods of structural analysis can be used to explore the relationship between concepts in complex knowledge structure. Knowledge constructing method is proposed and used in T.C.M. knowledge acquisition in this paper. According to the few scattered relations of knowledge nodes in medical cases and the logic of structural model itself, other unknown relations of knowledge nodes are obtained through reasoning, and then the deep-seated dialectical relationship hidden in the clinical cases can be guided out step by step with man-computer interaction. Thus knowledge acquisition driven by the knowledge constructing can be realized. The analytic results have been validated from database and affirmed by experts. The new relations of concepts obtained by the structural analysis give guidance to understand the medical records and analyze diagnostic ideas of veteran practitioner of T.C.M..
