Abstract
The paper presents synthesis technology of controller based on the localization principle for a model of control system of the operating mode of a thermionic energy converter by pressure cesium vapor. It is proposed to organize a two-circuit control. The controller of the inner loop based on the principle localization allows to stabilize a non-stationary dynamic part of the plant. The outer circuit ensures plants output convergences to the extremum value. Simulation study of the developed system is presented.
