Abstract :
HSDPA (high speed downlink packet access) is self disturbance system restrained by many performance targets and conditions. According to the tradition the handoff traffic is in higher grade than access ones. But it gets more unintolerant in the delay or rejection of the access multimedia packet services while a little handoff delay is relatively forgivable. It separates the synthesis of system security and capability, unsatisfied with future multimedia services fusion tendency. Breakthrough the preserved or divided propriety handoff strategies, we induced sub game perfect Stackelberg handoff model through two periods of pure strategy Nash closed loop equilibrium based on interactive handoff traffic utility cost. It operates in distributed and independently control mode. The simulation result looks optimistic.
