Abstract :
This paper presents a new application of the recently introduced gain-variable third-generation current conveyor (GVCCIII) in which the voltage-gain between Y to X terminal can be controlled by means of two resistors ratio. The novel first-order current-mode all-pass filter employs single GVCCIII, two external resistors, and single grounded capacitor. The use of grounded capacitor makes the proposed circuit ideal for integrated circuit implementation. The theoretical results are verified by SPICE simulations using TSMC 0.25 μm level-7 SCN5M CMOS process parameters with ±1.5 V supply voltages.
