Abstract
A microwave spectrometer for circular cross-section of overmoded waveguides is designed, analysed, and realised. Design and optimisation process by numerical simulations and experimental measurements are in perfect agreement. Result reveals that the instrument is capable to measure high spectral purity of the working mode with a high dynamic range.
