Abstract :
A critical review of the circuit models that reproduce the nonlinear behavior of power BAW resonators is presented. The parameters of a nonlinear circuit model which reproduces the amplitude-frequency effect and the frequency dependence of the second harmonic distortion are identified taking into account the parasitics corresponding to the connection wires.
