Abstract
The comparison of both-party-paying method vs. calling-party-pay in mobile communication has raised widespread concern in many countries. This paper performs an analytical comparison between the two charging methods and concludes that the both-party-paying method is superior to calling-party-pay arrangements for both consumers and mobile operators.
