Abstract
In this paper, we propose two parallel fuzzy logic sliding-mode controllers (PFSMCs) for spring-linked two cart-pole systems. The control goals are to keep the two spring-linked pendulums on two carts vertically upright and to regulate the carts´ positions. Both the computer simulations and real experiments demonstrate that the proposed control schemes are feasible and effective
