Abstract :
The paper, discussed special needs of the urban subject and education and its dependence on technology of image. The CGVT is mainly applied in description and interpretation, analysis and simulation, prediction and verification, expression of the target etc. It is necessary to rely on the city´s self-discipline and education law to guide the various types of CGVT.
