Abstract :
The state-of-the-art in time domain electromagnetic solvers has progressed significantly in the last few years. However, today only few results for truly complex problems obtained with such solvers have been reported in the literature. For this reason, a carefully documented time domain problem is solved in this paper. The results the authors give have been obtained with two independent computer codes, which are briefly described. Another purpose of this paper is to show the suitability of such programs for the modeling of the problems at hand. It is the hoped that the results obtained from this collaboration can be used to verify other programs
