Abstract
A description is given of a simple, inexpensive, and yet functionally significant system that can analyze the distribution of pressure under the sole of the foot and can be used in clinical practice. The device has proved to be useful and helpful in planning and assuming a number of orthopedic procedures, analyzing the results of corrective procedures carried out on children suffering from paralytic deformities, and understanding the pathogenesis of the diseased foot.<>
