Abstract
In network-based manufacturing, an enterprise alliance has the characteristics of informationlization, integration, globalization and variation. These characteristics put forward new requests for the conventional quality control technology. In order to explore the new quality control technology in machining process for enterprise alliance based on PHM, this paper proposes a system architecture composed of equipment layer, distributing information disposal layer, network truss layer and decision-making layer and its implementation plan. The fault diagnosis method based on FES (fuzzy expert system) and FNN (fuzzy neural network) is also studied.
