Abstract :
The present study proposed and tested the Oriented Dialog technique on the upper gastrointestinal bleeding treatment. This technique consists of the patient mind conditioning through a specific dialog performed by the doctor in charge of the treatment. The proposed method was applied in conjunction with the traditional endoscopic procedures and with the use of appropriate medicine. Results showed that the recovery of the patient health occurred faster than it is usually reported in literature.
