Abstract :
Take investagations on DSM (demand side management) energy-saving projects in Hebei province as the data source, establish the index system through analysis on the impact of the implementation of DSM power-saving projects. Use data envelopment analysis (DEA) to do the evaluation on power-saving projects in textile industry in Hebei, identify the inefficient DMUs (decision making unit), and give the improvement target. Through evaluation on the power-saving implementation, it helps enterprise to have self-diagnosis, and use it as a reference for improvement and optimization.
