Abstract :
Equinus foot deformity in children with cerebral palsy is one of the most common motor manifestations. The physical therapist works in the way of maintaining or restoring motor skills, reduce deformity, provide the standing posture and improve the quality of life. In this study, the robocop boot was adapted to maintain standing posture in patients with equinus foot deformity. Results showed increased muscle tone, muscle strength and balance, progressing to standing posture.
