Abstract :
In this paper, we present a framework for monitoring and quantifying blood flow in coronary artery bypass surgery, by employing a combination of ultrasound measures. An acquisition module is described, detailing both hardware and software characteristics. The system aims to perform signal acquisitions from 1 to 4 channels and transmit them to a remote station; hence a software control tool to attain an efficient transmission is described.
