Abstract :
Certificate issued from verifying institution can be invalidated by a variety of reasons such as loss of private key, loss of qualification, and change of key. For such reasons, validation mechanism of certificate, which can check status of certificate that is used in transactions on real-time basis, is required. However, in existing real-time certificate validation mechanism, due to structural clustering problem in which all transactions are dealt with at one node and overload problem because of unnecessary transmissions of information, validation of certificate takes much time. This paper proposed real-time certificate validation mechanism that resolve structural problem of existing mechanism by positioning verifying server at each domain and unravel overload by requesting certificate validation by means of reduction signature.
