Abstract
Nowadays, many oilfield have been gone into the intermediary and later stage of development, with the raise of the development level, reservoir geologic research urgently need some new practical technique method to understand reservoir more accurately and carefully. 3D geological modeling exactly is one of the main aspects to resolve this question. This paper gave a case of below VII oil group in Shuanghe oilfield, applied software Petrel which base on the PC/WINDOWS platform, it is a multi-disciplinary synthesis integration reservoir research software and the three dimensional geological modelling as its prominent characteristic. Has carried on including the structure, the sedimentary facies and the reservoir property parameter modelling research, and use the findings in the well disposition, has obtained the very good effect.
