Abstract :
In this paper we measure structures with the disc diameter of 6 mm (SUT) and structures formed by water drops with diameter of 5-6 mm in frequency range of 38-52 GHz. Disc positions have not been chosen in points of 2-D grid. The effects of negative group delay in these structures are investigated using waveguide reflectometric circuit.
