Abstract :
An after-sale service is an important part of enterprise´s production and operation. For improving quality and efficiency of after-sale services, a new mode of after-sale services, networked after-sale services system-NASS is presented based on multi-agent technique, network technique and modern communications technique. Architecture and workflow of the NASS are researched; method of assign and rank of after-sale services information are studied. Based on these a prototype system of NASS is established and security, practicability and high efficiency of it is proved. Results of study provide the theoretical basis for application of the networked after-sale services.
