Abstract :
The aim of this work is the numerical modeling of relaxation times, wave functions and energy spectra of localized electrons in such QWs. Also we focus on determining how variations of quantum well width L and composition x affect these electronic properties of QWs. Final motivation of this work is to obtain optical matrix elements and luminescence spectra for QWs for different compositions and sizes. In this work we have obtained several interesting results.
