Abstract :
In this paper, based to the present science and technology condition of Zhejiang province and present research achievements on the allocation capability of science and technology resources, the content of science and technology resources is elaborated, and further more, the model of hierarchical evaluation index system of science and technology resources is set up. The comparative analysis of allocation situation of science and technology resources between Ningbo and Hangzhou using fuzzy hierarchy evaluation can help us find the problems. The result can also offer the science foundation for optimization of the allocation capability of science and technology resources..
