Abstract
In this paper, a practical method to fix a customization position of logistics service products is presented in order to help 3PLS improve the capability of providing customization service. For this purpose, a fuzzy quality function deployment (QFD) theory has been applied to introduce the customer demands into the positioning procedure at first, and then a multi-object fuzzy integer programming model are built to determine the optimum positioning plan of logistics service products under the constrains of both resource from inside 3PLS and outsourcing payment quoted by customer company. Finally, the case study demonstrated that such a positioning method could be effectively applied as a decision-making tool to facilitate the customer satisfaction as well as the profits of 3PLS.
