The rapid growth of technological college in Taiwan is causing a significant structural change in higher education. Legislators must take a leading role in reforming higher education to make technological college more accessible and to better meet environment needs in a competitive global economy. By applying T-test in pair method, the effects from junior college reformed to technological college issues are empirically analyzed to investigate the factors that influence number of students, teachers, classes and courses. The results indicate that reform implications are related with the number of students, teachers and course. It also provide that the number of classes whether or not reforms were not significantly different.
