Abstract :
Summary form only given. The forming of pulsed electron and ion beams is actual task of plasma physics. The study of mechanism for forming of high density plasma for emitters of electron and ion beams is very important for understanding of physical processes in charged particle sources. The experimental results for forming of plasma for emitters of pulsed electrons and ions are presented in this report. The time and emission characteristics of few plasma emitters are discussed. The experiments were conducted on the pulsed accelerators. The few Marx pulsed high voltage generators with voltage 200-400 kV and pulse duration 20-200 nsec were used for experiments. The physical models of forming for plasma and electron, ion beams processes are discussed.
