Abstract :
The traditional user experience model does not consider the development features of information platform and the index system. The above problems include that the Web environment is not perfect, defined not clear and the evaluation results can´t reflect the objective reality, etc. Aiming at these problems and detailed analysis of research status at home and abroad, this paper establishes a three-tier user experience model which combines systems development procedure with user feelings and obtains user experience quality evaluation index system based on user´s requirements. The result of the user experience quality of information platform under the Web environment is evaluated through the improved analytic hierarchy process method and the variable weights evaluation method. At last, the rationality of user experience quality evaluation index system and the practicality of the user experience evaluation method are verified by an empirical study.
