Abstract :
With the increasing and changing of the owner´s individual demand, this paper sets up a model which optimizes the property management enterprise´s interior resources and a function which is used to weigh the owner´s satisfaction, in order to achieve the optimization of the owner´s satisfaction within its capacity. Then a case is offered to prove the validity of this method, which puts forward an effective approach to improve the owner´s satisfaction and offers a new training of thoughts for the property management enterprise.
