  • Abstract
    A novel, simple and useful approach for a fully integrated flexible PTFTs and PPV array on plastic subtract is demonstrated. The drain current as high as 45 μA for TFTs and a 0.24 % PCE for polymer photovoltaic micro-power are obtained. The proposed integration build a platform for flexible optoelectronics toward ubiquitous.
