Abstract
One means of solar activity monitoring are radiotelescopes of mm-wavelength. The subject of this study is the large-scale, longitudinal structure of the chromosphere to assess the capabilities of millimeter radio astronomy to probe the deep layers of the convective zone of the Sun.
