Abstract
Nowadays, after human turn into 21st century, electronic commerce has gradually become one of the main internationally new styles of economic activities and it will bring great important influences to China´s economic development and the innovation of managerial organization. This paper introduces the contents and characters of electronic commerce. It also analyzes the main mode of the innovation of managerial organization based on electronic commerce environment and discusses the principles that the innovation of managerial organization must be followed.
