Abstract :
GLOSE is a natural language generator developed to translate concise data into comprehensive and, if possible, literary sentences. GLOSE is divided into two modules: organization and lexicalization. GLOSE can be used to translate the results of an expert system or to express the data contained in files. GLOSE can be also a tool to express shortened information in text written in diverse languages: only the concords, grammar rules (declensions, conjugations), and vocabulary have to be introduced.<>
