Abstract :
In this note, the authors carry over the tensor Bezoutian for polynomial matrices to the case of a general polynomial basis. Some of important properties, such as the Barnett-type factorization, the expressions in terms of controllability- and observability-type matrices, and some intertwining relations with companion matrices and resultant matrices, are characterized.
