  • Abstract
    In the present work we consider the "antenna-detector" microsystem composed of a metallic planar bow-tie shaped antenna on a semiconductor substrate with a bolometer type semiconductor detector element between antennas\´ tabs (see Fig.l). Since the integrated system "antenna bolometer" has dimensions smaller or comparable with the THz signal wavelength, we solve the problem in near field approximation. An exact analytical solution of the self-consistent equation for the local field is used to calculate the near-field distribution in the detector region.
