The Research of a Distributed Simulation Method of Information Sharing in Supply Chain

In order to support analyzing bullwhip effect and information sharing in supply chain, this paper proposed a HLA distributed simulation method (WS-HLA) which combined Web Service technologies. This method took each supply chain node as a simulation federal, and wrapped these federals as web services that could be run under controlled by RTI. About the structure of WS-HLA, some key issues of implementation techniques were described. And then this paper took the Bear Game as case study and built a model to verify the feasibility of the WS-HLA-based simulation method.
